The VIP-VIRANT group offers development, design and production of high precision tooling for injection die molding and casting, including delivery to nearly all sectors and programming languages.

With direct access to nearly 200 special machines for all applications/tasks and due to the centralized design department, VIP-VIRANT produces the desired tooling by the fastest possible means, by using mould-flow-analysis, including prototyping in stereography for machines from 20 to 1000t.

The adaption of the tooling material to the output quantity and lifetime prevents expensive oversizing and quality compromising undersizing.

The scope of supply and service includes precision tooling for visible parts without optical restrictions as well as the option for delivery of the tooling only or taking over the production of the total customized product itself.
