QS at VIP-VIRANT

As already used in the electronic circuit development, the VIP-VIRANT Group also uses high sensitive network analyzers (also called NWA,VNA or NA) for the production control (HF range > 40 GHz). These are state of the art high tech devices, that are conform with our extreme high level of high tech development in the area of electronics, telecommunication engineering and high frquency technology. Because of this our NWA laboratory identifies and controls permanently all product parameters in reference to the transmission properties of filters and amplifiers, up to the evaluation of transmission properties or high complex transmission paths. All of this: documentation and certification safe. In combination with special antenna and software technology for measurement data evaluation, VIP-VIRANT is anytime able to identify and eliminate any accidential inclusions in material samples due to the special material analysis.

This totally isolated QA testing methods, outside of the application area of the according MO, are the base of our high level demand for quality high tech products (from trivial to highly complex).
